1. Service Overview

The EstoniaAwards program provides certification and audit services for European startups implementing financial digitalization and e-governance solutions. Our services include consultancy in evaluating business models based on transparency and tax efficiency.

All statements regarding competencies, accreditations, and service outcomes are verifiable and presented accurately, in accordance with industry standards.

2. Rights and Obligations

2.1. Client Rights

• The right to receive services as described.
• The right to confidentiality of provided business information.
• The right to request clarifications regarding the audit and certification process.

2.2. Client Obligations

• Providing complete and truthful information necessary for the evaluation.
• Payment of agreed fees by the established deadlines.
• Respecting the intellectual property rights over EstoniaAwards materials and methodologies.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our consultancy and audit services are provided based on information made available by the client. EstoniaAwards assumes no liability for:

• Business decisions made by the client following the consultancy.
• Inadequate financial or tax results, if the provided recommendations were not implemented correctly.
• Indirect losses or unforeseen consequences.

The total liability of EstoniaAwards is limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific service that generated the dispute.

4. Termination of Use

The service agreement may be terminated by either party:

• By the client: Through written notice. Fees for services already rendered remain due.
• By EstoniaAwards: In case of a flagrant violation of the terms (e.g., provision of false information, non-payment).

Upon termination, all rights to use the granted materials and certificates cease, except as otherwise provided in a written agreement.
